- Maybe you are already perceiving changes in your body and libido that concern you.
- Would you like to know how to reclaim this amazing turning point in life, and rediscover the joy of your body, claiming your woman power into your elder years?
- If so this workshop is for you!
Over the hill, or enjoying the view?
Menopause is a rite of passage that presents us with the challenge, and the opportunity of change. Your love life need not go on pause, instead it can become a time to open new doors!
We will be looking at the myths that create so much fear of this time, what we can do to help us move through this transition with ease, and how is it that some women discover a new lease of life, direction and empowerment.
Menopause is a powerful transition in a woman’s life, but, as with many aspects of feminine experience, myths abound that disempower us. Discover why you do not need to buy into these! Extra pounds, loss of libido and plummeting energy levels do not need to be your experience.
There is now a wealth of scientific understanding that what you believe is often what you get. Over this weekend you will get to know the real possibilities, the gifts and gems of this special time, discovering new and ancient women's wisdom and practical exercises and practices that will support you to feel alive, connected and delicious in your body.
Laura-Doe draws from somatic sexology, cutting edge scientific research and the real life experiences of many women she has worked with, to help you discover the ingredients that make this potentially the most empowering time in a woman's life. A next level coming of age!
Regardless of where you are along this journey, there are always paths to come to know pleasure, kindness and your authentic wild nature.
Who is this for? Everywoman.
Especially if you are curious about ways you can rediscover your body in this era of your life. We will support you to move through your menopause with ease or prepare the ground for these fertile years of creative purpose to come.
It’s true that as you get older, it can often take longer to get aroused for both men and women, but one of the beauties of the teachings I have to share with you is that slowing down is an advantage when it comes to better sex. How's that for a new perspective on ageing!
This is a wonderful opportunity to learn some fundamental embodiment teachings that can rewire us back into hope and into our aliveness and naturalness.
Our lives as women are profoundly influenced by our hormonal ebb and flow, our reproductive time clock and by the moon and the tides. We will learn to take all these opportunities to let go of what is past and rejoice the newfound freedom.
This will be a women only space, with the potential to invite partners of attendees in at the end to hear what has been explored.
Early bird offer: £130 for the first 6 people who book by paying in full.
